May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Join certified meditation instructor Amy Rutledge in a 3-week session via Zoom learning the power of mindfulness and its positive impact on all aspects of life. These science-backed tools can help release anxiety, tension, and stress; cultivate compassion, focus, and concentration; and promote connection and peace to all. 

Sessions will be 30 minutes with an intro, guided practice, and Q&A. Suitable for both beginners and expert meditators, ages 14+. Registration begins April 15 at

Wednesday, May 1 - Basic science and mindfulness of the breath 
Wednesday, May 8 - Mindful walking, eating, and other everyday activities 
Wednesday, May 15 - Self care workshop
