Coloring is a relaxing and fun activity that has been found to reduce anxiety levels. According to a CNN report, coloring has a therapeutic potential to reduce anxiety, create focus and bring about more mindfulness. Come join us for this new and popular program! We will begin with breathing, light stretches and meditation exercises followed by some quiet time to focus on coloring. Coloring pages, pencils and markers will be provided as well as light refreshments.
