Upcoming Adult Programs
Monday, October 6, at 7:00 p.m. Getting Started: The first in a series of four genealogy classes meeting in different libraries, will be taught by professional genealogist Norma Keating in the Placentia Library’s meeting room. The free class will end around 8:30 p.m. Snacks will be available.
Tuesday, October 7, at 7:00 p.m. Raising a Money Smart Child: This free class done by the Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Orange County will help parents teach their children as young as two through the teen years how to manage money. The program may assist parents with their own money issues and encourages saving for future wants and needs. The speaker is bilingual. Refreshments will be available. The evening will end by 8:30 p.m.
Wednesday, October 15, at 7:00 p.m. Adult Summer Reading Program: Join us for our end-of-the-summer reading program celebration! We will have refreshments and the long-awaited raffle drawing! This event will be held in the Placentia Library History Room and will end around 8:30 p.m.
